Privacy & Confidentiality

We understand the sensitivity of your data. All files uploaded to our platform are:

• Accessed only by authorized personnel working on your project.
• Stored securely using enterprise-grade encryption.
• Permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after project completion.
• Never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.

Terms of Service

1. Order Placement

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate instructions and necessary files. Any changes to the scope after work has begun may incur additional charges.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payments are required to initiate or complete the service as per the agreed terms. Refunds are processed only if the delivered work deviates significantly from the provided requirements and cannot be rectified.

3. Revisions

We offer up to 2 rounds of free revisions for minor adjustments. Major structural changes or new requirements not mentioned in the initial order will be treated as a new task.
